PURPOSE: 

  • To actively target and generate new sales to New Clients for LexisNexis Online Products and Solutions for LexisNexis China.
  • To renew existing contracts with growth in revenue and to up-sell existing clients new products/solutions to meet their business needs.

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets through direct sales efforts to a defined territory which targets New Clients for LexisNexis China, meanwhile through renewing existing client contracts with growth and up-selling new products/solutions to existing LexisNexis China customers
  • Maintenance of customer database and?keep active and balanced sales pipeline to deliver consistent sales performance
  • Positive customer feedback

Knowledge:

  • Bachelor degree holder with good English and MS office skills.

Position: Senior HR Executive/资深人力资源专员

Reporting to: HR Manager, China

PURPOSE:

Position will assist Manager, Human Resources, China in the formulation, implementation and maintenance of HR policies and programs in the following areas: recruitment, compensation &benefits administration, employee relations, and training & development.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Conduct staff recruitment activities according to the Company s recruitment needs so as to maintain the sufficient manpower for the Company s operation.
  • Monitor payroll vendor to ensure that the payment made to employee are accurate and comply with the statutory requirements.
  • Cultivate and maintain harmonious and good employee relations by organizing kinds of activities, such as Social Committee, RE care, birthday celebration, etc.; provide HR consultation to local people managers; handle with employees grievance.
  • Involve in PDP process, including documents collection, verification and filing of PDP objective setup, half year review and annual review;
  • Source, organize and facilitate training & development programs and manage other training resources to meet changing business needs and to develop staff s potential.
  • Involve in HR policy and process review and update, including Employee Handbook, HR orientation package. Make sure HR formalities are followed.
  • Be responsible for HRIS programme daily maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain the HR filing system to ensure that HR records and personnel information are kept properly and in timely manner. Make sure contract renewal and probation confirmation compliant with law.
  • Office administration duties. Overseeing the discipline of LN Shanghai office, facilitating a healthy, effective and high morale working environment in SH.
  • Support direct manager to make sure HR initiative implemented locally.

KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:

Knowledge:

  • Good command of English and office software esp. Excel, PowerPoint
  • Degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology or Business related discipline

Position: Senior Electronic Product Developer/资深产品开发专员

Reporting To: System Architect, Electronic Product Development (LN China)

PURPOSE:

  • Deliver technical solution for an effective and high-quality China Online system, strive for continuous improvement on features and functionalities.
  • Offer consultation on system design and development strategy
  • Maintaining operation of China Online Product
  • Technical escalation point of customer issues

 

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Performing software development activities includes coding, testing, debugging, infrastructure setup and documentation etc.
  • Conduct code review to identify problems periodically as each major feature is added.
  • Review the functionality requirements and the development tasks that have set out in the project plan.
  • Assist product manager and system architect to develop a thorough knowledge of China Online product strategy and goals.
  • Open to provide consultancy in developing new operations, features, contents and interface. Able to consider deep level of system integration with existing system and long term strategy maintainability and expandability.
  • Contribute to the identification and adoption of new tools and technologies to promote China Online systems, strategies and requirements.
  • Assist vendor to execute operational data conversion and process hyperlinks; help to diagnose and resolve any issue generated during the conversion or hyperlink process
  • Technical escalation point of customer issues.

Knowledge:
